Entry Requirements:
Open to painters, mixed media artists, and photographers. Up to 10 pieces of art per person. The $25.00 exhibit fee covers up to 10 pieces.
Minimum size for art is 3″x3″; maximum size is 11″x14″. The sizes do not include the easel/stand.
All art pieces must be accompanied with an appropriate easel/stand to use for display in the glass cases. Small canvas art with 1.5" depth, that can stand up on its own is acceptable without an easel/stand. There is a 2 piece limit for the 11"x14" size.
Printed art labels will be provided to display by your art. Please read the LRA General Exhibit Rules and Conditions here. Art work should be professionally framed (if not a canvas) so the customer can display the art when purchased.
Entries for this exhibit must be committed for the full exhibit period unless there is a purchase. Customers will contact the artists directly by email for all questions and purchases. The glass cases will be locked after installation and you will need to ask the front desk/office to unlock the case if you have a client that wishes to purchase a piece of art. Please contact the Exhibit Chair if your art is sold and removed. Otherwise, the art may be considered stolen. Please pay your 10% commission for your sold art to the LRA here.
