Three locations within the building: Front Hallway, 17 images; Reception Area, 9 images; and the Supervisor’s Conference Room; 12 images. Hanging system in place. This venue is shared with the Vienna Art League and is available for 6 month increments. If your assigned to the Conference Room, please call the POC to schedule your hanging. Tuesdays are the best day as the Supervisor is out of the office. Tuesday hanging/take down day is chosen b/c usually that is when the conference room is open/available since Supervisor Alcorn is often at the Fairfax Gov Center on Tuesdays. Tuesdays art take down is best between 10:30 and noon; and art hanging is best between 2:30 - 4:00 PM

Bring your own hooks/hammer in case they have been removed; please try to use previous nail holes. If needed, call ahead to arrange to have the loading dock open as is parking is limited. You can ask for the use of a dolly if needed. Open on weekends.

Turn right once inside main entrance and go past snack bar on the left to hallway between buildings. Accommodates 15 large works; hanging system in place. If you have scheduling issues contact the Director of Plant Operations and let them know when you will be there as this venue prefers a fast turnaround and does not want the walls to be bare. Please coordinate with your fellow artist to make the switch simultaneously.

Art is hung on 4 pillars throughout the main floor. Pillars are 49 inches wide and each pillar can accommodate 1 or two images for a maximum of 8. In order to hang 2 images on one pillar, the substrate should be no larger an a 16×20 (hung vertically). 2 strand hanging system in place for each pillar.
