Friday, August 25th: Entry form via website* NO alterations are allowed after submission.
Friday, September 1st: Drop Off 10:00 am followed by installation.
Friday, September 29th: Pick Up 10:00 am.
*The Exhibit Chair needs time to print labels and prepare for hanging. CONFIRM your info before entering online; it is recommended you print off the entry page for your records. Before you submit know that this is the final decision for your entries. If you are unable to meet these requirements, contact your exhibit chair.
There will be no reception for this exhibit.
Entry Fees:
$20 – Members, $45 – Non-Members over 18 years of age. Up to TWO pieces per artist can be entered. See below for payment instructions.

Submission of any entry to a specific show constitutes understanding and agreement with all of the conditions set forth herein.
IMPORTANT – About the Theme:
The theme is SCIENCE. Each piece is REQUIRED to include a brief artist statement as to how it relates to science. Any piece without this element will not be installed.
Awards:
$750 in awards will be presented. One award will be presented for best relevance to the theme. Other awards will be presented based on merit, in the judge’s opinion. Judge TBD

Please note that USGS does not allow prices on labels. These will be included on a price sheet available to visitors. Visiting hours are limited to Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm business hours at USGS and require a valid government-issued ID to enter. Access is through the Visitors Entrance.
