Monday, February 1st: Drop Off 10:00 am, followed by hanging. If you are unable to drop off on time, please make arrangements with another artist or friend to drop off for you.
Monday, March 1st: Pick Up 9:00 am. Please be sure to pick up on time or make arrangements with another artist or friend. Any work not picked up on time will be left.
*Entry will be closed after the maximum number of pieces is reached. The Exhibit Chair needs time to print labels and prepare for hanging. THINK about your info when entering online; it is recommended you print off the entry page for your records. NO alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. If you are unable to meet these requirements, contact Karen at firstname.lastname@example.org to make special arrangements.
Due to Covid-19 precautions this show will not have a reception.
$10 Members only. $20 Non-members over 18 years of age. Up to 1 piece per artist may be entered. See below for payment instructions. Maximum size 36″ by 40″.
