Friday, September 28th: Complete entry form via website by COB*

Drop Off: Saturday, November 12th between 9:00 am, followed by hanging. If you are unable to drop off on time, please make arrangements with another artist or friend to drop off for you.

Pick Up: Saturday, December 12th: 9:00 am. Please be sure to pick up on time or make arrangements with another artist or friend.  Any work not picked up on time will be left. 

*Only 80 pieces, 40 artists will be accepted. Entry will be closed after the maximum number of pieces is reached. Enter early as last year this show filled up quickly.  The Exhibit Chair needs time to print labels and prepare for hanging. If you are unable to submit your information prior to the deadline, you must email  to make special arrangements. THINK about your info when entering online; it is recommended you print off the entry page for your records. NO alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. If you are unable to meet these requirements, contact your exhibit chair immediately to make special arrangements. LRA will charge a $15.00 additional fee for art that is delivered and is not registered by due date. It will only be accepted if there is space available.

  Up to 2 pieces per artist may be entered. See below for payment instructions. 


Paintings and Photography, Mixed Media and 2-D (suitable for wall hanging). No fine craft items. All work should be of good taste for a public building. The venue and LRA reserves the right to unconditionally reject any work not deemed suitable for display based on content or quality. All work that is entered should follow the LRA framing guidelines. For this show we will accept larger works – with a maximum size of 48 inches horizontal and 60 inches vertical including frame.


Cash awards at the discretion of the judge. Awards will be presented March 8 between 3 pm and 5 pm at the reception.  Please bring finger food for the reception. Thanks!


LRA will retain a 10% sales commission on all sales including sales up to 30 days after the exhibit closes which are a direct result of this exhibit. And, of course, 6% sales tax is applied. Artists exhibit all work at their own risk. LRA and the venue are not responsible or liable for damage, theft or loss of an individual’s work from any cause whatsoever. LRA will not be responsible for paintings not picked up on time. Said works will be left at the venue uninstalled and unattended. If you are unable to pick up your work on time, please make arrangements with someone to do that for you and notify the Show Chair with who will be collecting your work at 


All accepted work must remain for the duration of the show. LRA reserves the right to photograph work for publicity and use on the LRA website, Facebook page, etc. LRA is not responsible for works left after the pick-up dates following the close of the exhibit. Submission of any entry constitutes understanding and agreement with all of the conditions set forth in this entry form.


All photographs, unless canvas prints, must be framed and under glass. All work must be ready for hanging with a proper hanging system: eye hooks strung with wire on either side of the work. This should be located near the top back of the work and the wire should be tight enough that it does not show when the work is hung. LRA reserves the right to refuse work that is improperly presented or unsafe to hang. (Kick-stand frames will not be accepted, frames that are overly worn will not be accepted, glass that is broken will not be accepted, art that is not secure in its frame will not be accepted, etc.) No clips front or back will be accepted. All work must be identified with the artist’s name, phone number, title of work, medium and price.

 Exhibit Entry Payments All exhibitors (member or non-member) must pay an entry fee that will be used to pay the costs of that exhibit.  Entry fees vary depending on the type of show and are explained in detail in each online entry form. Please consider making an additional donation to help pay for receptions and miscellaneous expenses.

To make an entry payment for any of the shows, please pay online using the payment buttons with each exhibit description. Payment buttons will be visible while the exhibit is accepting entries.
