*The Exhibit Chair needs time to print labels and prepare for hanging. If you
are unable to submit your information prior to the deadline, you must email the Show Chair to make special arrangements. THINK about your info when entering
online; it is recommended you print off the entry page for your records. NO
alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. If you are
unable to meet these requirements, contact your exhibit chair immediately to
make special arrangements. LRA will charge a $15.00 fee for art that
is delivered and is not registered by due date.
There is no theme, however, USGS staff has expressed a desire for works that reflect their mission, which is: “USGS scientists study the environment, natural hazards, natural resources, geology, geography, biology, chemistry, climate, landscapes, flora, fauna, ; and create maps. Images that depict the natural work, its biota, geology, maps landscapes, water and hazards would be appropriate for this space.” Please consider this when choosing your pieces.
No fee for members. $45 - Non-Members. Up to 3 pieces per artist can be entered. See below for payment instructions.
Paintings, Mixed Media and 2-D (suitable for wall hanging). No fine craft items. All work exhibited within the past 24 months at this venue are not eligible. All work should be of good taste for a public building. The venue and LRA reserves the right to unconditionally reject any work not deemed suitable for display based on content or quality. All works that are entered should be created within the last 3 years and follow the LRA framing guidelines.
SALES & CONTACT:
LRA will retain a 10% sales commission on all sales including sales up to 30
days after the exhibit closes which are a direct result of this exhibit. And,
of course, 6% sales tax is applied. Work will be sold at the price listed on
the entry form unless marked “Not for Sale” (NFS). For more information, please

Artists exhibit all work at their own risk. The LRA and the venue are not
responsible or liable for damage, theft or loss of an individual’s work from
any cause whatsoever.
All accepted work must remain for the duration of
the show. LRA reserves the right to photograph work for publicity
and use on the LRA website, Facebook page, etc. LRA is not responsible for
works left after the pick-up dates following the close of the exhibit.
Submission of any entry constitutes understanding and agreement with all of the
conditions set forth in this entry form.
All work must be able to be hung on the wall. All paintings must be framed, unless they are gallery-wrapped canvases. All work must be ready for hanging with a proper hanging system: eye hooks strung with wire on either side of the work. This should be located near the top back of the work and the wire should be tight enough that it does not show when the work is hung. Work 36” and over in any direction counts as two pieces. LRA reserves the right to refuse work that is improperly presented or unsafe to hang. (Kick-stand frames will not be accepted, frames that are overly worn will not be accepted, glass that is broken will not be accepted, art that is not secure in its frame will not be accepted, etc.) No clips front or back will be accepted. All work must be identified with the artist’s name, phone number, title of work, medium and price. Work that is wet will not be accepted.
