NorthWest Federal Credit Union has reached out to the LRA members for items to be included in a silent auction to raise money for their annual Night of Magic event.
The Night of Magic event gives critically ill children in the DC area a chance to attend an evening of fun, crafting, games, dancing, and leaving the medical problem behind for a few hours. This will be the 7th year the charity division of the credit union has organized and held this event. This year, it will be held at Inova Fairfax Children’s Hospital on July 8th.

NWFCU will be holding a silent auction to raise money for the event. They would appreciate any of the wonderful pieces of artwork that a member would be willing to donate. We are working with a short-ish deadline, as they need to have the donations by Tuesday, May 31st. To get best visual impact for bidding, having the pieces on hand would be best, but I believe they can accept a photo as well.
NWFCU has also been a great supporter of LRA. We are part of their Community Partner Group, they have hosted an exhibit, and a there joint effort for additional scholarships this year.
