The LRA Board has approved a second excursion this year on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13 for a trip to the NATIONAL GALLERY OF ART (West wing) in downtown DC where we have a tour of their impressive impressionist collection sked from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Members may also want to see the special exhibit "Paris 1874: The impressionist moment" during their free time (there was no tour offered to this). The bus will leave from LAKE ANNE PLAZA (near 'Just Cats') at 10:15am with return at 3PM from the National Gallery, arrival back at Lake Anne around 4PM. Members may bring one guest - the excursion is FREE TO MEMBERS as a benefit to membership.
