The Artist:
Christine Lashley's love for nature shows in her work. Swirling
water; glowing, sun-dappled rocks; exuberant florals her
paintings celebrate the diversity and wonder of nature. Watercolor
has been her medium of choice for many years. Ms. Lashley earned
her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Washington University in St. Louis
with previous studies at the Sorbonne, the Académie de la
Grande Chaumière, and the Parsons Art Institute in Paris,
France. Her watercolors and painting style were featured twice in
American Artist Magazine.
