Goal-Setting for Artists

posted Jan 7, 2014, 4:42 AM by League of Reston Artists Webmaster   [ updated Jan 16, 2014, 12:30 PM ]

Announcing the first in a series of "Business of Art" workshops, Goal-setting for Artists, presented by p-ART-ners Professional Network, Inc.

Setting goals is one of the top habits of people who succeed. Most of us know it; few of us do it. This "mini workshop" might be just the thing to kick yourself into gear. Led by an artist and aimed at artists, this will be a hands-on exercise in identifying your artistic goals and coming up with a plan for meeting them. Bring a pen or pencil, everything else will be provided, including tea and dessert!

Wednesday, February 5, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Venue and refreshments graciously provided by The Things I Love, 9084 Center Street, Manassas.

Deadline to register: January 28. The cost is $15 for one artist, $25 for two, and $10 per artist for groups of three or more. Participation is limited to the first 10 registrants.

Please fill out the form on the attached flyer and send with cash or check to: p-ART-ners, P.O. Box 13, Manassas, VA.
