*The Exhibit Chair needs time to print labels and
prepare for hanging. If you are unable to submit your information prior
to the deadline, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to make special
arrangements. THINK about your info when entering online; it is
recommended you print off the entry page for your records. NO
alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. If you
are unable to meet these requirements, contact your exhibit chair
immediately to make special arrangements. LRA will charge a $15.00

The Parkridge 5 ownership has expressed that we limit the number of
art pieces in the hallway and to display the art in a gallery style (no
double hangings). Up to 3 pieces per artist can be entered. The first 20
registered artist entries will be accepted.
$25 – Members $45 - Non-Members. Up to 3 pieces per artist can be
entered. See below for payment instructions.
Paintings, Mixed Media and 2-D (suitable for wall
hanging), and Photography. No giclees of paintings, only original artwork. No fine craft items. All work exhibited
within the past 24 months at this venue are not eligible. All work
should be of good taste for a public building. The venue and LRA
reserves the right to unconditionally reject any work not deemed
suitable for display based on content or quality.
Cash awards at the discretion of the judge.
SALES & CONTACT:
LRA will retain a 25% sales commission on all
sales including sales up to 30 days after the exhibit closes which are a
direct result of this exhibit. And, of course, 6% sales tax is applied.
Work will be sold at the price listed on the entry form unless marked

Artists exhibit all work at their own risk. The LRA and the
venue are not responsible or liable for damage, theft or loss of an
individual’s work from any cause whatsoever.
All accepted work must remain for the duration of the show
LRA reserves the right to photograph work for publicity and use on the
LRA website, Facebook page, etc. LRA is not responsible for works left
after the pick-up dates following the close of the exhibit. Submission
of any entry constitutes understanding and agreement with all of the
conditions set forth in this entry form.
All work must be able to be hung on the wall. All
paintings must be framed, unless they are gallery-wrapped canvases. All
photographs, unless canvas prints, must be framed and under glass. All
work must be ready for hanging with a proper hanging system: eye hooks
strung with wire on either side of the work. This should be located near
the top back of the work and the wire should be tight enough that it
does not show when the work is hung. LRA reserves the right to refuse
work that is improperly presented or unsafe to hang. No clips front or
back will be accepted. All work must be identified with the artist’s
name, phone number, title of work, medium and price. Work that is wet
will not be accepted.
