Artists will be invited to discuss their artwork at the reception. Date and time of the reception
will be announced soon.

Prizes:
No prizes will be awarded for this exhibit.
Exhibition visitors will also be able to vote for a “People’s Choice” award.

Entry Requirements:

Artist Registration
Please think about your info when entering online; it is recommended you print off the entry
page for your records. NO alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. No
substitutions will be allowed at installation. A maximum of 60 entries will be accepted. For
those new to the LRA and RPS, please note this is not a juried show and you will only be
notified if your work cannot be accepted because the show is full. Please note that this is an
exhibition only, prizes will not be awarded.

Entry Requirements
Entry fee of $10 for members.

Up to 3 pieces per artist can be entered. Only photography will be accepted. Photographs
exhibited in the USGS 2023 show CLICKS are not eligible for entry.
Please note: The maximum size for this location is 36”” on the long side. We reserve the right
to reject works on the installation day if they do not meet our requirements.

Photographs should be delivered to the USGS Art Hallway on December 1 at 9:00 am. The
works from each artist will be grouped together for installation to allow the artist to discuss their work at the reception. No late arrivals can be accommodated after the installation is complete.

We would appreciate any assistance from entrants to help install the show.
Artwork must be picked on December 29, 2023, as the USGS is not open on weekends.
We would like to remind entrants and those who wish to view the show that the USGS is only
open to visitors during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, and that it is a US
Government facility. All visitors to the USGS must show a photo ID and pass through a
security screening. Please park in Visitor Parking (drive around to the right and follow the
signs), or you may be towed.
