Monday, July 19th: Drop Off 10:00 am, followed by installation. If you are unable to drop off on time, please make arrangements with another artist or friend to drop off for you.
Tuesday, August 31st: Pick Up 9:00 am. Please be sure to pick up on time or make arrangements with another artist or friend. Any work not picked up on time will be left.
*Entry will be closed after the maximum number of pieces is reached. THINK about your info when entering online; it is recommended you print off the entry page for your records. NO alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. If you are unable to meet these requirements, contact Karen at karenhutchison8@gmail.com to make special arrangements.
$20 for LRA Members only. This exhibit will display only small works of art. Up to ten pieces can be entered per artist and if you are entering art that is 11” x 14” only two of this size will be allowed per artist. Wall to wall glass cases will be used to display the small art. All art pieces must be accompanied with an appropriate easel/stand to use for display. Small canvas art with 1 1/2” depth, and can stand up on its own, is acceptable to display without an easel/stand. The minimum art size is 3”x3” and the maximum art size is 11”x14”.
