Monday, October 5th: Drop Off 10:00 am, followed by hanging. If you are unable to drop off on time, please make arrangements with another artist or friend to drop off for you.
Monday, November 2nd: Pick Up 9:00 am. Please be sure to pick up on time or make arrangements with another artist or friend. Any work not picked up on time will be left.
Entry will be closed after the maximum number of pieces is reached. The Exhibit Chair needs time to print labels and prepare for hanging. THINK about your info when entering online; it is recommended you print off the entry page for your records. NO alterations will be made to titles or prices after the deadline. If you are unable to meet these requirements, contact the exhibit Chair to make special arrangements.
Due to lingering Covid-19 concerns, there will be no reception or judge for this show.
Entry Fees:
This is a FREE show for MEMBERS ONLY, all media accepted. One piece per artist may be entered. Please note maximum size is 50″ by 50″.
