ENTRY DEADLINE
Friday, March 28. Entries must be received by this date. All material for press promotion must be received. Please send your entry form and a check made payable to League of Reston Artists to LRA, PO Box 2513, Reston, VA 20195.

ENTRY FEE
The entry fee is $15 for up to two works. See entry form and prospectus for more information. The first page is a fill-in form that you can fill out online, print, and mail along with your entry fee. You will need the free Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher program. If you don't already have it installed, the download is available below. Be sure to uninstall any previous versions of Acrobat Reader you have installed before installing the new version.

ELIGIBILITY RULES

• Site restrictions prohibit sexually explicit (nudity) or violent themes.
• Works that have won awards in prior LRA shows or have been accepted into LRA juried shows are not eligible.
• All work must have been completed within the last two years
• Original artwork only, NO photography—oil, acrylic, all water media, hand pulled prints, drawing media.
• Works must be framed according to LRA standard rules. Works will be scrutinized at a framing check table. Framing that is not secure is not safe for hanging and will NOT be accepted.
• Work over 36” in any direction will be treated as two works.
• Each work must have the artist's name, title of work, medium, and price clearly visible on the back.
• Artists exhibit all work at their own risk. The League of Reston Artists and the Reston Community Center are not responsible or liable for damage, theft or loss of an individual’s work from any cause whatsoever.

Monday, April 28, 9 - 10 am

If you are unable to pick up your work at this time, please arrange for a friend to do it for you. A fee of $10 per day will be assessed if your work is not picked up on time.

LRA will retain a 25% sales commission on all sales including sales up to 30 days after the exhibit closes, which are a direct result of this exhibit. Work will be sold at the price listed on the entry form unless marked Not for Sale (NFS).

PRESS PROMOTION
If you are notified that one or more of your works have been selected as show winners, please send an electronic image of your winning work and an artist statement for press and web promotion following these guidelines.
